On Walking Meditation

Have you ever walked, free of mind-racing and talk, for two or three hours on end? I make an effort to do this at least twice each month (with shorter walks trickling throughout). It’s a wonderful experience, and sometimes I think I’d prefer to be out walking all day — until my bladder decides it no longer wants to contain my morning coffee or tea. ;)
